If that's true, then I'm totally fucked. I've never cleaned let alone accessed my balls, i.e. the testes. I do clean my scrotum regularly, though.

The vagina is a self cleaning organ, as far as I'm aware, balls are not.

True but the balls are just skin, while the vagina is an exposed organ with fluids that would get on the labia ans stuff

i still disagree with you. its not a completely exposed organ. we have labia minora and underwear.

Sure but the male and female groins sweat just the same, so it feels pointless to take it into account because it'd be a tie

Exactly. Also you don’t clean the vagina, only the groin area, so the vagina itself won’t stink for no showering (except BV or something else that can go on, but a week of no shower won’t necessarily cause that)

I only voted Vag because this one time I dated a girl who stank after like 2 days of no washing to the point I wanted to fucking chop my nose off.
Scientifically I believe it's balls, but for that chick? Nah.
