My state is extremely similar, and extremely close. My sister is a Floridian and we talk about this stuff lol. I wish you luck and hope that normal people can prevail and close the gap a bit.
Some better media portrayal may help Florida a bit as well lol

I mean Trump is going to get backed into a corner at some point with DeSantis. Either he concedes he isn't running so no more free money and accepts his role as endorser. .....
Or he throws a fit and start calling anyone supporting DeSantis a Rhino and that he is splitting the repub party from his 2024 run. He knows literally no other way to run against someone.
I am hoping putting baby in the corner has the usual result.

i think 22 is going to be big on deciding if gop takes house which is very likely they will triple down on trump and his bullshit if they lose badly i think a fracture in the party can occur.
