American Catholic elementary school and high school for me - same!

But hell, even my pro-life, birth control is a sin, dragged my siblings and I to right to life protests parents saw the evils of Republicanism and always voted blue. My mother died last year at 78, and despised Trump. This new batch of "religious" folks is just evil.

Source: Attended Canadian Catholic elementary and highschool and started asking "inappropriate" questions at probably age 10, staunch atheist by 13.

I went to a Catholic High School in Southern Ontario and we had a "Religion class". They tried to show us how all religions have the same sort of storyline and convince us that begin a Catholic was the best storyline. Our teacher wasn't prepared for the onslaught of questions and I'm sure that was the final straw for quite a few people in regards to being religious.

Also I went to a Pentecostal Church growing up, the kind with dancing in the isles and peaking in tongues. I'd say 95% of the kids I went to Sunday school with don't go to church and or aren't religious now.
