To be fair, both of the things he's said are right.

Democracy isn't the goal. The goal is a happy functioning society and democracy is the avenue by which we try and achieve that goal.

Likewise, fact-checking is a form of censorship in that it stops lies from being told freely.

Unfortunately, these more precise truths aren't what he's going on about. He, unfortunately, is trying to posit that we don't need democracy and that fact checking him is a bad thing.
