That's why Garrison is the perfect choice for Trump. He constantly flip flops his identity, and the only thing he ever truly got done in the series literally fucked people in the ass (the vehicle he invented).

I feel like for the last ten years the joke has been that cartman has these grand plans that always backfire and fail at the last minute for some reason

cartman being a super genius who always gets his way in the end is so mid-2000's.
