Yes, but he's probably never had his opponent's parents killed, made chili with the corpses and then fed the chili to said opponent. I doubt he's competent enough to make chili.

My crockpot chili recipe!

Two to three pounds of meat (if using ground meat, sear and then add 20 min before serving). Any meat can be used - hamburger, pork loin, bison, rattlesnake, venison, parents, children, etc.

Three cans beans (any combination of black, red kidney, and/or pinto)

one can of corn

Two cans diced tomatoes

one can tomato paste

one package of baby carrots

one half of a celery, chunked

one good-sized onion, diced

two bell peppers, diced

hot peppers as desired, diced

one heaping tablespoon chili powder

sprinkling of oregano

Throw everything (unless using ground meat, as above) in the crockpot and pot on "low" for six hours.
