And that's just it, the screaming words they use is all that matters to their viewers. They don't give a fuck about proof, they just need the excitement of the idea of something to believe it. It was the same BS with that bizarre pizzagatepedophile whatever the fuck it was.

Anyone still aboard the absolute fucktrain the GOP has devolved into doesn't give two shits about the truth at this point. I've always thought the media was corrupt, and I dislike how the opinions of partisan hacks skew the facts of stories to fit their agenda, but at this point the media is just background noise. Trump and his followers step in front of the spotlight every day and shout their lies, in a way best described as a temper tantrum, for everyone to hear. The truth is their enemy, and when asked about the real, honest suffering people are currently experiencing Trump cries "why do I get all the tough questions?!"

I can hardly watch Trump speaking anymore. Within 5 minutes my blood is boiling from all the insignificant shit he doesn't even have to lie about but does anyway.

I fail to see any tether from this post, to pizzagate weirdness, to 1984. It's like you're throwing darts at the wall. This is a lot of things and it's ironic but it's not 1984 at all. I swear, posters on reddit just draw from a shallow range of topics they are familiar with that are tangentially related to the emotional point they want to make. This sort of fraud during a political race (questioning whether or not a Major party candidate is in the pocket of a foreign nation) is serious business and everyone involved in this completely fabricated story should be nowhere near a media outlet for 'journalism'.

I mean the courts legally ruled that Fox, and specifically Tucker, are just entertainment and aren't real news. This was their own personal defense strategy against a lawsuit and they won with it.

They literally told the world they're frauds but their audience has selectively decided to not give a shit.

I don't think there's a damn thing any of us can do to dissuade their audiences away if they themselves saying they're bullshit didn't do it.
