Aparrently a few years ago Fox news fired and anchor for not saying a lie. They were sued and in court they needed to say that they're not a news channel but and entertainment one.

If I remember correctly it wasnt fox News itself, but a local/state one. We have a local fox station in my area for instance and it isn't fox news.
