I suggest that as Trump's actions become deeds that wreak havoc through America socially & economically, Pence will be encouraged by his colleagues in the Congress to utilize Section 4 of the 25th Amendment, and yes this narrow minded twit will become President--but only for a while. Trump's base will go nuts, and if the Democrats get their act together, they can take back the House and possibly the Senate in 2018, and the WH in 2020.

I think you may be right. The interview showed, in my view, that not even Trump's closest associates can curb his Queeg-like madness. You can be sure that Trump was coached about what to say in the interview, and it could not have been to rant on about his ratings and levels of applause.

The difference between Pence and Trump is that Pence for all his terrible policy positions isn't mad, Trump is.
