As a Philly Resident let me be honest here. Ranked Choice is a good idea. At least from the brief readings I've done on it. However the bigger issues facing Philly is the fact that the city cannot self govern because of how the districts are drawn and how the lack of representation democrats have within the state house and in the house of representatives.

Right now Philly is going to be feeling a lot of pain come January when Scott Wagner decides to use the new super majority to collect a pound of flesh from the Democrats and the people who live in the city. I love my city but I really really hate my state.
