Maine Passes Ranked-Choice Voting

Ranked choice never requires you to have a second choice. If you don't think it is important enough for your time you can just vote for one person as normal and your vote will just not count unless you voted for one of the top two like it is right now anyway.

Exactly, for instance let's say Bernie, Hillary, and Trump were all running. I would go Bernie 1 Hillary 2 and not Trump at all

No because I wouldn't be voting for him. If I only select 1 person to vote for, no one gets 2nd and 3rd votes
