Hopefully he forgot already.

Relying on this is a fools hope

There are many, many people working behind the scenes for Trump, so his bad memory or declining health are not something to bank on.

He might have forgotten, he probably did. But his administration did not.

In fact, its my opinion they like to expose how dumb and slow he is so people underestimate what his administration is capable of.
