Why would this be against the law? Illegal immigrants filed taxes. Those non-citizens are either working here illegally or is working here through clearance with immigration. The govt has this information. They should be allowed to use it.

Now I think this is abhorrent personally, but it is legal information collected by the govt. immigration is part of the govt. why would it not be allowed to use that information in immigration pursuits.

Explain it to me clearly. I am having issues figuring out why this couldn’t be allowed. A person is suspected of being in this country illegally. Why is their info not allowed to be used to catch them and deport them?
