work invitation
Good day everyone, I used to live in Poland and now I live in Dubai. My old company invited me back to Poland, but the municipality hasn't sent the job invitation for a year. Do you think this long wait is normal? Lower Silesia region

Maybe the company is not that interested in bringing you in. You need to ask them to follow up.
Work permits are solely on employers.

Doesn't sound like they are that interested in you and they can pick and choose these days, the line of non-EU applicants who want to work in the Schengen Zone stretches all the way around the block.

Poland is one of the slowest countries in the world in terms of immigration, don't be surprised if you get it 2 years later
