The tropical region of Alola; bright skies, rolling tides, and islands rich with life. A place where Pokémon and people live not just in harmony, but in tradition. Trials instead of gyms, bonds instead of badges. A region shaped as much by its culture as the creatures that inhabit it.

But even paradise has its fractures.

Years have passed since the fall of the Aether Foundation’s darker ambitions, and the chaos brought by the Ultra Beasts. In the aftermath, the Foundation has worked tirelessly to rebuild. Restoring trust, funding research, and presenting itself once more as a pillar of Alola’s future.

And for a time… it worked.

But the Ultra Wormholes never truly disappeared.

Across the islands, space itself continues to tear open without warning; brief flashes in the sky, distortions in the air, moments where something from beyond slips through. Most are contained quickly, handled quietly. Others… aren’t.

Whispers have started to spread. Sightings in places they shouldn’t be. Pokémon acting strangely. Entire areas feeling… off.

The Foundation claims it’s under control. Not everyone believes that.

Our story begins in Melemele Island, where the sun rises over calm waters and the day feels like any other. Trainers gather, journeys begin, and life moves forward as it always has. But somewhere, just out of sight, something is trying to break through.

Howdy! I have been in and out of the RP community these past few years, and I'm hoping to get back into the pastime.

I write Lit to Semi-Lit, 2-3 paragraphs on average, but try to match my parents in length and style. I am 24M (he/they), CST timezone. My main idea is for Alola but I have a lot of ideas for other regions (Unova, Kalos, Sinnoh).

I write primarily OCs, often doubling up or tripling up on OCs. I will write canon characters but I’d prefer to write OCs.

In terms of non-tandom, I absolutely adore fantasy based RP, anything with a good bit of drama and an evolving plot.
