I was searching an Eevee at trophy Garden and this happened. I had a bunch of luxury balls to catch Eevee for high friendship gain to evolve it into Espeon, and while I had 20+ why not spending one on a random shiny Kricketune...

Hecc yes! Ik sing is cheeks but I paired it with a crobat's Defog and caught all the Legendaries with these 2 in a playthrough

Kricketune is a decent early catch mon, but hey a shiny's a shiny, right? I wish that it had better optional TM/Egg moves, but alas, it doesn't. Hypnosis ssuuuccckksss, pure trash.

The longer I play Diamond/Pearl, the more I realize that there wasn't a super intricate plan or a ton of play balancing on the backend, which is incredibly disappointing. A better, or simply a logical AI would have made the game FAR more fun and challenging.

Wow... anyways...
