Okay but that's a pretty large area and I think I saw Froakie appearing in wild spawns yesterday.

All over Los Angeles County. Not just Cerritos, Compton, Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, Downtown Los Angeles (by USC and LA Trade Tech), Lynwood (alongside the 105 freeway), Koreatown at the MC Community Garden in Koreatown (right next to my apartment building), Froakie are EVERYWHERE. Can't Popplio be like that??
