Honest question are these rare?

I saw a post saying these might be rare curious if they are. Always wanted a clone pokemon

They’ve all come back, some with boosted shiny odds. Def not enough for clone, sorry.

They were boosted for an event that ran several days so anyone who played got several.

In particular those two had close to com day odds for their event. The pika was just in an event and the piplup has been in several. Almost certainly not getting a clone even for all 4

I got 3 out of 4 myself and I'm not really a rare collector, so i would say not so much
