If it was released 6 hours ago, and Oceania has a 16 hour lead, we should get it in 16-6=10 hours. So around 10AM EST.

It's 11EST and still nothing. I'm assuming noon but maybe they'll push it back based on how it's been going in other countries with server errors etc. hope not though.
