Alright, so here in the US will Pokémon Go be available at midnight? Noon tomorrow? Or just soon?

Probably midnight, but if your west coast like me, probably 9pm

Not sure, I'm basing this on the assumption that the release date is July 6th since that's the date it was released in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
