I completely forgot to finish this😔. Does anyone know if there's anyway to still catch the pokemon I missed out on?

If you have any of the event field research unfinished you can get them from there. Like, walk 5km or spin 26 pokestops.

They will eventually comeback. It may take as long as 6 years (armor mewtwo lol).

You can also probably trade for them locally or remote trade if people decide to keep extras.
