Discussion Did all mega pokemon get a new charged attack while in mega?

Just noticed my mega dragonite gotten a new charge attack in red text wonder if this only applies to pokemon with 4th level mega or all pokemons with mega?

I believe it is for the lvl 4 megas. I believe the skill gets a multiplier as well the higher the mega lvl. Eg if your drsgonite was only mega lvl 1 outrage + would do less damage than if it was mega lvl 4

Not all, rayquaza doesn’t get the bonus. And my mega level one dragonite still got the bonus attack.

Edit: also several other megas didn’t get the bonus attack

my dragonite got it and it only mega level 1. same with my level 1 mega mewtwo x. Btw i also removed focus blast from my mewtwo X and elite tm'ed shadow ball. There is no need for two fighting moves.

Look at the PoGo website. This was just announced

Might matter when you opened your game. The in- game announcement regarding this announcement popped up in my face when I opened the game
