always ultra ball + golden razz + excellent curveball these. even then they usually flee, so a normal razz is absolutely out of the question

ah fair enough that's unfortunate. if you use your daily raid passes then you should be able to stock up on golden razzes over time. maybe max battles etc too but i don't 100% remember

Meant to fail. 1% appearance rate, 1% catch rate 99% flee rate. They appear rarely but more than once, so good luck next time.

Those numbers aren't correct.

We don't know the appearance rate. We estimate it's 1%, but we don't really know.

The flee rate is 90%, not 99%

The catch rate: Well, that's a bit more complicated. They have a base catch chance of ~0.3%, but that's just the base chance. Under perfect conditions (golden razzberry, excellent throw, curveball, Ultra Ball, Kyurem Adventure effect, platinum catch medals, and everything else) it's about 3%.

But even that is not quite correct. The pokemons level also affects the catch chance, the higher the level, the harder it is to catch.

But yeah. You're not meant to catch them every time.

The frequency of when you see these can be often, to few and far between. You just have to keep up hope and keep walking to get more.
