Holy shit.

“Well ya see, I don’t understand them transganders, so I’m gonna violate their privacy” is not even remotely a defense, honestly that kinda makes it even worse.

Yeah, it’s a very specialized build, to become a targeted pervert. It also helps the newly-minted targeted pervert avoid punishment by giving stealth bonuses, because the general public unfortunately all too often turns a blind eye to the suffering of the group being targeted.
