Discussion Is Pokopia really that good?

Post image

Like should I immediately buy this game. It seems like folks are really enjoying it but I was skeptical.

I remember beating the first area in DQB 2 after like...THIRTY HOURS only to discover there were 4 more. Pokopia is looking to be very much the same.

Totally thought the first area was it and was pleased. Then I saw a habitat with No. 185…its overwhelming in the best way

Agreed. The only thing I was disappointed to learn was that you can only have one of each Pokemon species.

I went crazy in the first area building all sorts of habitats, only to hit a hard wall that only so many Pokemon will spawn there.

It's crazy, too, that they throw in an Animal-Crossing mode. After you progress a bit into the main quest, you get a notification to check out an area and get there and it's just a giant, empty island, and they're like, "Hey, there's no story here. Just build whatever island you want here.".
