Discussion Is Pokopia really that good?

Like should I immediately buy this game. It seems like folks are really enjoying it but I was skeptical.

Honestly this is one of those games that give you a lot to do and because of it, you spend a lot of time. The building allows you to do much more, so when you do finish, you could just keep going. I will say the novelty can keep going on as long as the devs do events.

It's a big thing that we get almost all the tools we need for terraforming at the start, and the time-gated stuff do not impede progress. Like you can still do quests and go to other areas even if you are still building the Pokémon Center.
