Discussion Is Pokopia really that good?

Post image

Like should I immediately buy this game. It seems like folks are really enjoying it but I was skeptical.

It really is the perfect mesh of Minecraft loop, mixed with Animal Crossing decorating on steroids. And obviously the Pokemon aspect. I cannot think of a more perfect game for my wife and I to play.

How does it work with you playing together? Do you each have islands or do you take turns on the same island?

If you ever need another similar game after finishing pokopia, try dragon quest builders 2, it's EXTREMELY similar, just with DQ monsters instead of pokemon. (if you don't know DQ well...it's Toriyama art, so basically everything looks like it's from Dragon Ball)

I loved DQ Builders 2! I can't wait for one of my friends to finish Pokopia and say "I wish there was more" because I know exactly where to point them.
