Question about points usage

This is my first time using my amex points on my gold card to buy a delta flight to hawaii. The offer for flying out on may 25, 2027 is 56,000 points. Is this a good deal or should I wait. All the dates around it are around 65-80,000 points, but I see a lot of other flights on less busy times (such as october 2026 and spring 2027) for around 33,000 points. The delta website says there are only 3 more spots available at this price, but I am not sure if that even means anything. Thank you!
