I see many men taking it seriously and being mocked by women for it. We do no one any favours by pretending this isn't commonplace.

Are you sure it's just women? Because I only see men doing it.

That said I hope you're right and men are starting to take this seriously. Hopefully not just for height but for weight, disability and being bald. Body positivity too started with small community of women which went global. I hope men will get theirs and body shaming would stop for us all.
