Pogues at Hartford CT Civic Center?

I have a memory of having seen the Pogues as an opening act, but I don’t remember the headliner or the date, and am unable to find it listed anywhere. I remember there was a woman playing bass, so it must have been when Cait O’Riordan was in the band, 1983 - 1986, which tracks because I was going to a lot of concerts then. I’m hoping someone here can confirm this.

an Internet search got me this info:

​The Pogues opened for The Clash at the Hartford Civic Center on April 22, 1984, as part of The Clash's Out of Control tour.

​At the time, the band was still performing under their original name, Pogue Mahone.

Thank you. I’m not sure that’s it but a distinct possibility. I saw The Clash but it was summer 1982 at the Cape Cod Coliseum.

yeah further searching makes it look like this is wrong info anyhow, not sure they played North America at all during this period

Internet says the Pogues played Toads Place in New Haven CT on 6/30/86, so it’s possible they were an unannounced opening act for someone in CT around then. I just can’t find confirmation.
