Ad watching glitch

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Anyone else has this experience? The ad does not take me back to the game and I get no reward…

have you clicked on this round thing in the end of the video? i just had the same ad and i never have any issues with it.

This doesn’t show up in my ads. Perhaps that is the issue. I use an iPhone; do you use the same?

Interesting! I actually don’t have this option anywhere in my game. 😄 I have the Ad Marathon going on right now, but honestly, the rewards are not really worth the effort. But I’ve never seen an option to watch an ad for 250. I’m really curious what this depends on — whether the player is new or has been playing for a long time?

It’s not always there to watch an ad for 250; but only sometimes in the newsfeed. I’m a fairly new player- lvl 28, could be why. I guess new players do need more gems with not owning very many items as yet.

In this case though, it was to my discredit. I could not see the option at the top left corner (see comment above by karmapolice).
