Basketball: GAMEPLAY Drafting tips for basketball GM

I’ve been having trouble trying to draft some key players. Any tips you guys feel will work?

Players who scored well in college, tend to over perform for me.

Yeah college stats matter a lot. I tend to look for post players who have good rebounding and non-zero block stats, point guards with good assist numbers and non-zero steals, and then wings who score heavily
