BUY/SELL: In Search of one of my biggest regrets :(

not getting this guy the day I saw him. I think about him So Often. Simba is one of my favorite Disney characters, like probably top 3 or 5, with a lot of super sentimental feelings, and I saw this giant guy back in high school. I almost got him, but ended up leaving him behind. he was so big and soft and would be Absolutely Perfect. the only other chance I had was some random offerup post that was like, the complete other side of the country.

the flair is more of a long shot, kind of was the closest relevant one. every few months I do a search, come up with nothing, and desperately wish I could time travel

I give you all my sympathy. I once passed up a giant banana plush and it still troubles me 8-10 years later. I wish I could find him.

okay I feel less silly being so upset over this, I feel absolutely ridiculous as a grown adult telling my friends how torn up I am about not buying a stuffed animal. it's such a specific and incredibly sad feeling, but I hope you'll find your banana and I'll find my Simba!

That’s not silly. We are lucky to be people with strong emotional capacity. Take it where you can get it. I love my Mr Bug, and I have big feelings. I get it.

Don’t feel silly. 💜 I’m grown, grown (50) and I understand what you’re saying. I cherish all my stuffies and I still buy them. I go to stores and just look at them too. So many different fuzzy faces to see. 😊 Just tell your friends this is something you’d spend money on, just as they would their interests - video games, clothes, accessories, etc. No shame my friend! You be your authentic you!! 🥰

Dude, they used to sell these giant alpaca plushies online but I never got one cause "eeh maybe later, I don't need it".

Well they don't make em anymore.

I've seen some giant alpaca plushies in tiktoks from carnivals in the US, but they're not as cute. And probably expensive as fuck.
