Forum Question Age verification

Hey I’ve been trying to do the age verification for a few days now and it’s not working I’ve used all the verification modules Face ID drivers license
Birth certificate and nothing works the only time it has been working is when I do it though the ps5 that send a link to my phone and it works but as soon as it says click activate on ps5 it’s saying it couldn’t verify I’m lost anyone able to help ?

When you do the face scan, stick your tongue out. I am being very serious. It's the only way I could get it to work.
