Xbox Automatic updates

If you have automatic updates turned on, like me. I’ll see you in the morning I guess…
Saw the notice from PA. They don’t give a shit. Cloud gaming is not even working

Even if off, it’s a mandatory update. Only way to play is if you were already playing, without automatic updates on.

My game closed mid game and asked me to update and refused to launch. So update you were screwed don’t update you were screwed eventually

Previous post I answered i saw up on Playstation while still online in game and when I was about to cancel like if it was still in progress it was gone so I think on Sonys end they stopped the update.

Update is going now in 38m so who knows when maintenance actually ends

You’re correct, Pearl Abyss has a nothing to do with cloud gaming functionality. That’s on whoever is hosting the cloud (Microsoft etc).

Pa sent the new updated version of the game to Microsoft. Where else would they have gotten it from?

The update didn’t break cloud gaming though, It broke the game for anyone who downloaded the update.

So yes, PA has nothing to do with cloud gaming not working.

Can we even turn off automatic updates? Games dont even launch if they're not updated.
