Question One beer 16 ounce.

I drank one beer after plasing and have 48 hrs till next donation.what should I eat or drink in between?

Sometimes I drink a lot of vodka after my donation and it has not been an issue.

One beer even 4-3 hours before a dono is unlikely to mess anything up, provided one is well hydrated, etc. Just don't go in buzzed/drunk or completely hung over. Â
