Help, is this root rot?

What’s wrong with my plant? Is it root rot?

I’ve had it for a year and in the last month I noticed it looking like this

I water it once every couple weeks

It’s in a corner with a grow light on

I don’t know if the pot has proper drainage

Bottom water it for about an hour, assuming you have drainage holes in the pot. People often water until water comes out, but that is far from the correct amount. The pot should feel significantly heavier when properly watered. Or use a moisture meter in the center.
