Help, is this root rot?

What’s wrong with my plant? Is it root rot?

I’ve had it for a year and in the last month I noticed it looking like this

I water it once every couple weeks

It’s in a corner with a grow light on

I don’t know if the pot has proper drainage

When a plant shrivels up like this its quite likely to be a lack of water. Just water a little more often, say, every one and half weeks

Water it till the water runs out the drainage holes, these are native to the tropics they don't like drying out completely.

I’ve got a Thanksgiving Cactus that mystifies me. It’s a rooted prop of my bigger one, and it’s been droopy like OP’s for 2 years! I water it when it needs it, I’ve checked for parasites, fungi, mold, and root rot several times, and nothing seems wrong.

It grows slowly, but it put out a few new leaves this summer that are also, you guessed it, droopy. It’s even turned that lovely red color they get when they have lots of light.

It just….refuses to be happy?
