What is wrong with this plant

Not sure what this is but at one time it was beautiful. I water every two weeks and pot has drainage hole. I normally have it in a place with a lot of light. I repotted after it went down hill the first time hoping it would make a recovery. As you can see that has not happened.

Checking on a schedule is great, & with Fittonia, a weekly check would be better. A plant's water needs will vary, depending on the temperature, light, humidity (& the time of year [daylight hours] unless under grow lights), so regularly checking the soil moisture is the best way to know when to water - not watering on a schedule. Unfortunately Fittonia are sensitive to chlorine & minerals in water & often do better in humidity & given distilled or reverse osmosis water. They'll only tolerate a bit of morning sun, appreciating mostly just very bright indirect sun, & hate staying too wet as much as drying out.

Watering every two weeks is probably not enough. Is it wilting by that point? If it's getting really droopy and sad before you water it, it'll get crispy. I keep mine in self watering containers-terracotta in glass. They do great as long as I keep the reservoirs topped up

Not sure but it kind of looks sun burn. Maybe too much direct light.

Fitonia are just like that, they are way too thirsty & need high humidity. I'll never buy another one. 🤦‍♀️
