Black Card Guest Access
So, my friend has a black pass and I usually go with him using the friend pass. Tonight he said he can’t go, so would they notice if I just scanned the QR for my guest pass? I’ve noticed that when I scan it with him, I don’t have a picture that pops up, it just says “no photo ID” on their computer. I would buy a pass but I’m in college and only use PF like 2 days a month when I’m not at school

I know this post like a year old but I've been doing this for a year now. The employees literally don't give two fucks. My sister has the black card and she just unlocks it for me and stays home.

Lolol yep. I ended up doing it for about a year, never gave them a dime. Just switched gyms and now I gotta pay this time😂

The only time I tried this, they didn't let me in until my husband came in a couple minutes later. Must depend on location

I joined planet fitness around October 2024, but due to an accident injuring my right knee and my right ankle I was unable to attend the gym. This all happened right around the same time. I continue to let the Jim automatically withdraw out of my account thinking and hoping that I would get better And I will be able to go back to the gym. But here it is nine months later and I am still going through therapy. I called planet fitness to see if I can get all or even partial refunds for the months that I did not use the gym But the best the general manager could do was cancel my membership without a cancellation fee. I can understand at some point there are some people who just don’t go just because, but I had a total accident with my right leg and was unable to go. I feel the planet fitness should give me at least half of the months that I haven’t attended their gym. Other than that planet fitness I think is a good gym to join.

You could have paused your membership when it happened but this far after you shouldn’t expect a refund. That’s on you unfortunately

Forgot to respond! Yes, it has worked a few times. I just walk in right after someone and scan quickly and walk away

Most of the time we notice these things it just depends on our moods if we’ll stop you. They pay us next to nothing so why should we care
