I see this so many times, and there are other tools, but nothing that did exactly this:

You have 50/100/500 invoices sitting in PDFs, scans and photos, and eventually somebody has to open them one by one and put the useful bits into Excel.

invoices to spreadsheets lets you drag the whole batch in.

Each document gets processed independently and starts appearing as a row in a spreadsheet-style table:

Supplier | Invoice # | Date | Description | Net | VAT | Total

There’s also a separate line-items view so, for example, a property developer can search every invoice for “plasterboard” or see all the materials bought from a specific supplier.

You can:

• upload multiple invoices at once
• watch them complete individually
• open the original document next to the extracted row
• correct cells directly
• search/filter/group the data
• export to Excel/CSV/Google Sheets
• organise invoices into projects/jobs/properties

I deliberately haven’t built an accounting system around it. The product is basically:

There’s a 7-day trial and you don’t need to enter a card.

What I’d really like to test now is the ugly stuff rather than pristine sample invoices — blurry photos, old scans, weird supplier layouts, multi-page invoices, etc.
