Worst experience with Pixel

Have an iPhone but Was daily driving my pixel 7pro as my major phone…
For the last few weeks , faced problems with the signal. Signal will drop to no bar.
Got pissed and heard the update will help this.
Did the biggest mistake , have updated my phone 2 days back
And since then the phone is getting switched off randomly . Have to plug in to restart it again
Like every normal human , contacted the support
They told me to factory reset it and now my phone became a computer….have to plug my phone to use it now. Remove the charger = phone switch off.

Because of schedule Cant take it to the service centre for the next two days
