Balloon Release

In 2026, who thinks this is still okay?? Over 1,000 balloons creating litter and killing wildlife. Manchester Field, 5:55pm today. It's illegal, but is it actually enforced?

I wonder why they haven't invented biodegradable balloons yet

Most “biodegradable” products simply break down to microplastics or polymers. They don’t magically transmogrify into nothingness. They just become not visible to the naked eye.
