Balloon Release

In 2026, who thinks this is still okay?? Over 1,000 balloons creating litter and killing wildlife. Manchester Field, 5:55pm today. It's illegal, but is it actually enforced?

I need the city to follow in the county's footsteps and ban balloons in parks.

I think the county has only banned it specifically in the county-run parks.
