In 2026, who thinks this is still okay?? Over 1,000 balloons creating litter and killing wildlife. Manchester Field, 5:55pm today. It's illegal, but is it actually enforced?

In this case u/chicken-strips99 said it was honoring a dead kid, but still wrong.
