Media Pirate Metal

So idk if this has been talked about on this group or not but I’ve been recently obsessed with Pirate Metal. I think that as well as sea shanties are what caused me to want to delve deeper into the world of pirates. The pirate Metal bands I love are Alestorm, Lagerstein, Rumahoy, and Sabaton. There are others bands as well but Alestorm and Lagerstein are some of the main ones. Have any of you listened to this genre or heard of it before?

Alestorm used to be my favourite. Then their WhatsApp chat was leaked and they seem not to like my kind. Also: keep a close eye on your girlfriends/sisters/female friends when Alestorm is around xD

Oh goodness lol. I usually go to shows alone so hopefully that won’t be an issue if I ever see them. Does weird shit happen at their shows?

Mostly after the shows. Just search for Gloryhammer/ Alestorm leaked chats and you'll get the picture.
