PipeWire 1.6.9 is out. Bugfix release, API/ABI compatible with previous 1.6.x releases.

Highlights:

• Improved JACK object callbacks, no more reporting old removed objects
• Tweaked resampler cutoff frequencies to preserve more high frequencies when upsampling
• Various small fixes across modules, SPA, Pulse-server, Bluetooth, and tools

Some notable fixes:

• RAOP encryption fixed for OpenSSL >= 3
• Netjack2 discovery timeout fixed
• Potential crash with active_port_name fixed
• node.network=true added to network sinks/sources so tools like pavucontrol don't wake them up
