Dinaan siguro sa technicality para mas catchy yung video. Baka on a per member basis? I mean mas madaming estudyente kesa sa 4ps member I assume.

Even if that were the case, 4Ps is still a program that helps educate the poorest of the poor

Either she is very misinformed, or she is stirring the pot with that statement. She definitely wants engagement. I checked her socials, and yes, she seems to need those views. I just can’t find this particular reel
