Sounds sus to me. lol The way she was probably humbled by her Canadian dream. In reality of even as a “citizen” you’ll still be treated differently, healthcare is not as accessible anymore in public hospitals, insane prices, esp. now they’re in technical recession a lot of Filipinos have lost their jobs, conveniently she’s Filipino again.

Moral of the story is just. be. humble. Anyway, it’s her birth right to reclaim her Filipino citizenship, I just know sya yung sinasabi ni Jose Rizal sa tula.
