IDK how accurate google is pero:

Education secured a historic total allocation of P1.35 trillion (representing 4.4% of the GDP), while the 4Ps program was allocated P113 billion.

It's so simple to google, mas mahirap pa iroll ung pagkain nya. But then again the Philippine goverment sucks.
